Hmmmm. Paula Abdul leaving American Idol may just be the best thing that's ever happened to the show.

The empty chair has opened up a slot for a slew of guest judges for the new season, and the latest scream-worthy seat-fillers are Joe Jonas, and the original Idol herself, Kelly Clarkson!

Kelly and Joe will be joining the likes of Victoria Beckham, Katy Perry, Mary J. Blige and Shania Twain, who are all signed on as guest judges as well.
